History

Delta Medical Systems was incorporated in 1979 and grew throughout the 80's and 90's by both organic growth and acquisitions. For more than 35 years, we have been based in Wisconsin, developing and honing our character through our love of inclement weather—and long-standing customer relations. What started with a few x-ray installations in Milwaukee and Madison has grown to thousands of medical imaging rooms and suites across the Midwest, and now, the Eastern United States.

Through our employee dedication of honesty and integrity, we have built a solid reputation of superior customer service. In 2000, we teamed with Siemens Healthineers as an Advanced Partner—a relationship that has proven successful to the benefit of all stakeholders.

Today, Delta continues its growth by expanding coverage nationally as a Siemens Healthineers Advanced Partner. It is a history steeped in field service experience, customer relations, and technologic acumen. Read more

Jim Ziebart

CEO & President

Jim’s industry career began in 1984 as an imaging field service technician with an Associates in Biomedical Electronics from MATC. Jim  installed some of the nation's earliest MRIs (then, referred to as NMRs).

He joined the sales and management team at Delta in '90, continued his education and earned an MBA from Cardinal Stritch University. Today, he continues the founders’ early insistence for high level industry and product knowledge, honesty, integrity, and superior customer service.

"Being honest and taking care of the customer—it's our simple formula."

Our Culture

Our culture is, quite simply, this:

Work hard. Be honest. Be fair. Play hard. Take a vacation. Take a walk. Reflect. Give back. And Repeat. It is collaborative, empowered, purposeful—made possible only by assembling a team of people with aptitude, fortitude and personality.

Ours is a culture where robust operational support enables sales and field engineers to concentrate on their role without getting bogged down in minutia. It’s a culture where we strive to keep pace, be efficient, and stay relevant. And ours is a culture that remembers why we are here in the first place—that thing we must do called work.

Let’s be honest—we’re all here to first provide for ourselves and our family. And if we must work, we are blessed if we are able to enjoy what we do, where and with whom we do it. And if that thing we do means that we can positively affect someone else’s well-being—well, that’s a nice cherry on top. Delta enjoys very low employee turnover—approximately 45% of our employees have been with Delta 10 years or more.

That is what we try to foster at Delta Medical Systems. That is our culture.

Hear What Our Employees Are Saying...

"After spending 10 years active duty in the Marines, I was looking for a position and company that fit my work-life balance, had a strong team-mentality and stood for something I believed in. Delta met all of that. I can be passionate about what we sell and our culture makes this my home away from home. "
-Nick Korent, Account Executive - MN/WI

"I was looking for a company that helps others in a positive way to be part of. Delta provides products and services that do just that. The atmosphere allows us to be successful in our own roles, but also as a team. We genuinely enjoy working with each other and have fun doing it!
